A form for joining the Society is available here in Adobe .pdf format, just print it out and return it with your membership details filled in and your (sterling) cheque made payable to ‘PDFHS’ to the Membership Secretary. For those who are able to Gift Aid their subscription, a form to enable this is available as a .pdf file that can be attached to the form for joining the society. We would be grateful if you would use this, please. Then please include the page we use for this purpose - attached - as page two of the membership application.

• Gift Aid Form
• Members’ Interest Form and Guidance Notes

• Three copies of Journals published by the Society
